This is not just a political issue, it’s a human one. Newsom continues to lead millions of American citizens in a cruel, unusual, and inhumane way. We just went through four years of people screaming their heads off about Trump being a dangerous tyrant of epic proportions. Meanwhile Governor Newsom and Cuomo, the two darlings of the mainstream, are the cruelest political leaders I have seen in my lifetime. Deeply morally bankrupt men hiding behind the popularity of Hollywood and the media.
Correction, not hiding- outwardly celebrating the acceptance of the millionaire class who doesn’t really care if real life ever opens again. And, of course they don’t care for they primarily live in gated communities, and get their assistants to run errands. Has there ever been more of a "let them eat cake" scenario since Marie Antoinette? Meanwhile here we are in 2021 and we have Newsom leading as if he was a French Aristocrat right before the revolution.
Tone deaf to the middle class, contempt for the lower class, and a malicious disregarding to any collective that doesn’t gain him political points in the national spotlight. Churches still closed, restaurants barely opened, and the militarization of state police wherein they are using unconstitutional tactics for keeping businesses closed, and his state's residents in line. Interesting how these authoritarian-like tactics weren’t even considered when the protests of this past summer were destroying urban businesses, and murdering people. Authority only seems to be flexed when it comes to the common people trying to exercise a little slice of faith, family, and small businesses. All the most entrenched elements of society that run almost nearly 100% autonomously from needing anything from state, and federal governments. Coincidence? I think not.
Now I am certainly not calling for the beheading of the rich and powerful, in some viciously misguided French way. But, how about we start with recalling this tyrannous asshole.
I don’t think Bret Easton Ellis while engulfed in the Wall St. party scene in the 80s writing American Psycho could have even seen someone like Newsom coming. In a sick and twisted way at least Ellis’s character that of Patrick Bateman added some levity to the audiences, and readers; albeit in a dark, and twisted murderous way, but a sense of humor nonetheless. Newsom on the other hand looks the part, but when it comes to his intellect, and sense of humor; he is just a sociopath with a total disregard for the intrinsically special spirituality, and individuality that resides within the nature of the human spirit.
He has so easily, and corporately crafted his way right into one of the most powerful seats of government in the nation. He essentially leads a small country. A beautiful small country. I was born on the East Coast, but I have spent much time in California and briefly lived in Los Angeles, and it’s my favorite place on the planet. The East Coast may be home, but the West Coast has my heart, and Newsom is putting his $10,000 wing tip shoes on the necks of all Californians.
All California residents please for the future health of the greatest state our country has to offer, sign the petition and recall that soulless son of a bitch out of office already.
